Its AI Festival is designed to inspire employees around data driven innovation. When the event could not be held in person, the organizing team had only ten days to build and launch a virtual version that met their technical, security, and engagement requirements.

The platform supported authenticated access, allowed content and navigation in preferred languages, enabled live captioning for sessions, and offered multiple ways for attendees to interact, including Q and A, dedicated rooms, one to one chats, an event feed, and gamified activities. Virtual booths and lounges gave sponsor brands visibility and a place to share AI focused initiatives.

The event demonstrated strong engagement across all five days. More than 2,000 attendees participated in seventeen sessions, visited ten virtual booths, and generated over 25,000 networking actions. The experience led Belcorp to select the platform for future virtual events as well.
